Refund & Return Policy
At My Business Pvt Ltd (including product lines such as Sip & Wealth), we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our product distribution and business registration process. This policy explains when refunds or returns may be requested.
- Products are provided in exchange for payment. The company does not guarantee profits.
- Participation in the business system is completely voluntary. No user is forced or pressured to join.
- Commissions or earnings depend entirely on the participant’s work, sales activity, and performance.
- Users cannot file legal claims, cases, or disputes against the company regarding expected profits or income comparisons, because earnings are performance-based.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy
Customers or newly registered participants may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase or registration. Refund requests must be submitted within this period through our official contact channels. After verification, the company may approve the refund according to the conditions described below.
2. Refund Deduction
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting an administrative fee.
This deduction covers operational, processing, and system management expenses.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Delivery and shipping charges
- Courier expenses or logistics costs
- Any other service-related charges already utilized
4. Product Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all products included in the starter package must be returned to the company under the following conditions:
- All water bottles must remain completely sealed
- No bottle should be opened or used
- Every PET bottle must be returned in the same quantity provided
- Bottles must be undamaged and in resellable condition
If any bottle has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing, the refund request may be rejected.
5. Packaging Requirement
The complete carton/packing must be returned exactly as delivered. Returned products must be in original packaging and condition so that they remain suitable for resale.
6. Optional Return of Business Materials
Participants who received business materials such as training book, business guide, appointment letter materials, business cards, or printed documents may return these items if they wish.
If these materials are kept by the participant, the company may deduct PKR 650 from the refund amount.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once returned products are received and verified by the company, refunds will be processed within a reasonable business processing period. Payment will be issued after approval and verification.
8. System Re-Entry Restriction
Participants who request and receive a refund will not be allowed to re-enter the system for a period of 3 months. This rule helps maintain fairness and prevents misuse of the company’s business system.
9. Company Rights
My Business Pvt Ltd reserves the right to verify the condition of returned products, reject refund requests that do not meet the policy requirements, and update or modify this policy when necessary.
